LRAD device that the state of Serbia bought and equipped the police with 4 years ago.
The use of LRAD or similar devices on people is banned in a large number of countries and in my country as well.
It affects human health, psyche, and damages hearing.
Exactly that is what my state used in Belgrade on peaceful demonstrations on March 15, 2025.
More than 300,000 people gathered against the regime, during the 16 minutes of tribute for those who died in the collapse of the canopy in Novi Sad.
16 people died.
For already 7 months students are blocking faculties.
Students at all faculties, professors and a huge number of citizens are accusing the corrupt and irresponsible criminal government.
Extraordinary elections are also being demanded, which the government refuses.
A large number of citizens complained about health issues.
The government still denies the use of sound weapon, although there is undeniable evidence in video footage and testimonies of many citizens who sought medical help.
In the video animation, the man on the wire symbolically represents all those who are fighting for human rights and a more just society.
To fight barehanded and without violence against a serious police apparatus and state propaganda from the government is like walking on a wire.
The sky symbolizes light and hope in that fight.
The sound in the video work is approximately the sound used from the sound cannon on peaceful demonstrators.
At the beginning and end, there is audio of panic from citizens at the protest who were exposed to the sound blast.
