chintenmani is a traditional Ottoman motif composed of three circles and wavy lines, symbolizing power, abundance, and good fortune.
This artwork is an original design featuring a peacock at its center combined with the traditional chintenmani motif. Classical patterns such as rumi and cloud motifs are used on the peacock’s wings. The composition brings together the symbolism of the peacock with the power, abundance, and good fortune represented by Çintemani, creating a unified and meaningful visual expression. Additionally, the clay of the work was shaped and applied by the artist.
