SLOW GLOW

Ephemerality has become the hallmark of our digital age, where information is disseminated and replaced at the speed of light. My work revolves around the ephemerality of events and the transience of everyday existence. An opinion formed today holds little value tomorrow. A topic that once consumed everyone's attention quickly disappears from the media. What doesn't withstand the test of relevance is often discarded, hidden from our awareness.

Bread, as a part of plastic, not only nourishes but is also deeply tied to our emotions, in a lot of parts in the world. Bread sustains life but can also become tough. Since we can afford to produce more than what is consumed, surplus bread is generated every day, some of which gets repurposed but, especially by large distributors, is discarded. It's a cultural asset, a piece of home, and a topic of discussion in the contemporary Healthstyle movement.
