In 2019, I started to paint large paper bands with used machine oil which I received at a car service station. My approach is the
combination of a very dirty material which is used for transportation and mobility and transfer the white, unprocessed pure paper -
in comparison a material from wood which needs a long time to grow. The machine oil transforms the paper towards a surface
which lets partly the light coming through, which smells and reminds to steel or fabric. The surface of the paper rolls define the
architecture and make edges, walls, surfaces, transitions to the outside visible. The paper rolls have different sizes: (2 papers:) 30 m x 1,33 m,
(1 paper:) 16 m x 1,33 m, (1 paper:) 2,72 x 11 m.
