Plugs and Fuses is a meditation on order and disorder. A gridded pattern of circles is hand cut into repeated strips of paper. These are curled in free flowing coils which cascade along the wall and pool at the floor. The work has an escapist feeling as it transform the space into fairytale, a mystical waterfall. This iteration was made during the second wave of pandemic lockdown in New York, I envisioned this to be the curtain which would rise to welcome us all back together again.
