Liz was
born and raised in New York City. She studied at the Rhode Island School
of Design and returned to New York City where she maintains her studio.
Her work includes sculpture, drawings, site specific installations and street
art interventions. The ephemeral nature of paper gives her the perfect medium to
characterize the fleeting feelings of memory, time and space. Through
abstraction and repetition of architectural and natural forms, she creates
intricate constructions, environments and objects that convey the specific
feeling and character of a place or event. Incorporating patterns and forms from nature
and architecture, she contemplates perceptions of time and the role of memory
in shaping experience.
