In the bowels of four
hand-forged metal frames, there are assemblages of dry plants, living soil and
play of light and shadow. The space between them allows us to see the innards
that imply relationships within systems not so much of natural elements as of
meta-systems that form spirituality using biological material. The installation
refers to the allegory of the cave (Plato's Cave), offering to dive deep
into the human inner conglomerates.
The audience was
invited to interact with the installation, enter the space between the frames to get to know each other, building something new.
Hot forged, wrought
iron, dry plants, soil, stones.
Each frame is 50 x 50
cm, depth 20 cm. Whole installation is 450 cm long.
