Words and language are what still remain active when we slowly drift into dormancy.
Thoughts still articulate themselves, generating small, seemingly disconnected narratives. We begin to 'think thoughts'.
Words begin to become form, figures emerge underneath the fabric, they are beings that are always there, even in wakefulness they live and exist but it is by falling asleep that they begin to emerge, to be visible.
Everything seems to be still but it is in constant, imperceptible movement.
It is a state of suspension in which one is ready to descend, to leap, to plunge into deep sleep, the turbulence of memory merging with the assimilation of memories.
A mythical and collective dimension resides in these places.
