videomapping projection onto fired porcelaine (o.5 and 1 mm)
realised in the Studio of Upper Austria in "Egon Schiele Art Centre" / Cesky Krumlov (CZ)
shown 2016 in "Ukradená Galerie" / Cesky Krumlov (CZ) and 2017 in "Gallery Upper Austrian Art Association" / Linz (AT)
Synesthetic installation based on the best known excerpt of Willliam Blake`s
„Auguries of Innocence“:
„To see a world in a grain of sand
/ And a heaven in a wild flower
/ hold infinity in the palm of your hand
/ And eternity in an hour (...)“
In this installation videomaterial, that shows flying seagulls, is being projected on and through very thin translucent porcelaine. The „porcelainepixel“ are hovering in space and the video image - due to the mapping technique - only hits their surfaces. The impression of magic, ease, and infinity, that is being described by William Blake while understanding the "essence of Life" is meant to be reflected in this work.
