In this work made out of glass and metal, the viewer may witness the melting of a mirror if the temperature around approaches 37 degrees C. Here, everything is landscape. This sculpture testify to real or dreamed pre-architectural functions: a tools for measuring the temperature that is transformed by the heat.
The mirrors created for the installation, from a thermometer metal with a melting point of 37 degrees, have the potential to liquefy and drip at room temperature, creating a confusion between image and matter.
