I stop in places others have already passed through.
Again and again, I return my attention to what is visible, yet no longer truly seen.
People often forget that everything before us will eventually disappear. Perhaps that is why I photograph, to remain carefully with what would otherwise be overlooked.
Living in different places has taught me that loneliness is often eased not by extraordinary experiences but by everyday life itself. Washing dishes, opening curtains, cleaning a room, or sharing a meal through these repeated gestures, unfamiliar spaces slowly become places we can inhabit.
My photographs are an attempt to preserve those quiet moments where traces of living reveal a fragile sense of presence and remind us that the most ordinary things are often the ones that sustain us.
