This work is part of the series Surface Truth.
The cycle explores the fragile boundary between the human body and its visual transformation. Skin, covered with layers of paint that crack and change under light and digital manipulation, becomes a living surface that evokes geological structures. The body is turned into a landscape, bearing signs of erosion, scars, and the passage of time. In this transformation, human vulnerability takes on the illusion of permanence, and softness is concealed under the mask of hardness.
The works raise questions about whether truth resides on the surface or in what lies beneath. They reflect on identity, mortality, and the traces inscribed on the human body. Here, the skin becomes a terrain of memory and emotion – a surface that both reveals and conceals.
