Breaking the veil of Maya to approach the noumenon, or rather: reinterpreting critically the phenomenon to see what lies behind (inside?): this leads to a semantic shift of the photographic medium that so becomes an artistic medium stricto sensu. From this point of view, once the conceptual and cultural superstructures have been dropped and purified from any temptation of content, this medium is free to be a true non-mechanical but human extension of the artist's eye. It transfigures the time and space according to its own feeling and to his overall aesthetic vision, which is set in between various languages, such as cinema, poetry and painting. The aim of this artistic process is to achieve a new abstract language where shapes and colours live in a sort of perpetual dance.
The first photo has been taken at the Tornabuoni Chapel (Santa Maria Novella, Florence) frescoed by Domenico Ghirlandaio, whereas the other in a wood near Asiago.
