"I cacciatori di paguri" is part of the series "La Terra dei nostri figli". It proposes an ecocentric vision, in which nature reclaims its spaces, redefining the boundaries and limits of its inhabitation. man - the child, metaphor of the future - appears small and alone in the natural space where he is.
The work is a mosaic of snapshots of tax receipts. The receipt certifies the time of purchase, marking its traceability; it is the product of an action, its historical moment, it is unique, there is no equal and yet it is quickly thrown away. The action of preserving and finalizing it elevates it to an artistic support. Every single snapshot extrapolates fragments of reality and, overall, creates a timeless, silent scene, full of absence and symbolic references
