HOLD II is a study of proximity. A structure built for movement turns into a surface of contact: concrete reads as a body marked by abrasion, gestures and traces. The image refuses location and narration; it isolates a physical encounter between mass and the viewer. HOLD does not describe stillness, but attraction — a brief hold within the urban flow.
