MXPRIVÉ is an independent fine art photographer based in Berlin. He approaches architecture as a tactile experience, focusing on texture, geometry, light, and patina rather than pure documentation. He composes his shots on site using an iPhone and refines them on an iPad. He prioritizes reduction and clarity over effects.
His work has received several awards, including the Architecture MasterPrize (Best of Best and Winner, 2024), the BIFA Silver Award (2024), and the PX3 Bronze Award (2024). His work has been featured in select festivals and exhibitions across Europe, including the Arte Laguna Prize in Venice, the Encontros da Imagem in Braga, and the Sarajevo Photography Festival. He self-publishes photobooks, including Getting Close — Tempodrom (2023).
