Embodied States - Between Mind, Body, Heart and Soul
l is a photographic series that originates from an initial academic project and has evolved into an ongoing artistic research on the body, memory, ancestry, and sensory experience.
The images explore intimacy, vulnerability, and presence through both interior and exterior spaces, as well as day and night settings, reflecting personal experiences related to memory, solitude, love, sadness, freedom, and absence.
The body is the central element of the visual language, expressing fragility and human connection. Through shadows, reflections, movement, and subtle details, the photographs investigate emotional and perceptual states.
The series combines photography and poetic sensitivity, constructing a visual narrative in which image and affect are inseparable, expanding the boundaries between documentation and emotional experience.
