Chaos - End of Universe

The work is made with the light-painting technique, combining elements of photography and painting.

These photos are like paintings, except instead of a canvas, they are a set of camera sensors. A painter uses paints, and a photographer uses light, a colour paintbrush granting access to its own paint as light. It is part of a larger series illustrating the history of the universe from its creation to its death. 

The work itself illustrates the final stage of the death of the universe and ends the entire series. 

The series itself is an artistic experiment of recording science in the language of art, showing scientific truth but in a beautiful and pictorial language 

Works made using the light-painting technique are unique because, thanks to the use of light, they cannot be repeated or counterfeited. They are a unique record of an idea told by light.
