Odd One came to Tin in a flash and remains his quickest completed painting. Emerging from a meditative state, the work was created almost instinctively, with little distinction between thought and action. The painting reflects the artist’s ongoing struggle to recognize and remove the bad thoughts and inner demons that cloud the mind. It is a reminder that peace is not found, but continually fought for.
