The focus of my research revolves
around sexual emancipation of the body in contemporary times, through
the representation of narcissistic tendencies and heterogeneous
erotic practices which still remain forms of moral tension.
I depict human figures, often
female, in different contexts, sometimes in the natural landscape,
linked to a sense of "Joie de vivre" and pudic irreverence.
The medium used is strictly the one
of oil painting, with a nineteenth-century feel, quick and soft
brushstrokes, and a palette that favors earths colors, lacquers and
oxides.
The pictorial
technique is made by refined chromatic relationships which contrasts
with fortuitous compositions and subjects with awkward poses.
