Tegnùe de Pistrina brings to light the particular morphology of the tegnùe of Pellestrina, one of the Venice Lagoon’s islands. Tegnùe of Pellestrina are characterized by irregular bottoms, rich in meanders that allow fish and various molluscs to hide. A key feature of the tegnùe is also their being particularly colorful, since an enormous surprise arises in the observer, so much so that they are considered the real reefs of the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. This peculiarity is restored through the use of different colors in transparency during the printing phase.
