I wrote the character "剛”, meaning "strength"
This character is composed of a left element meaning solidity and durability, and a right element representing a sword. It expresses the act of quietly cutting away what is unnecessary within a well-honed self, shaping one’s form through discipline.
In Zen thought as well, it is believed that by shedding attachments, one approaches the essence, and through this continual practice, grows day by day.
