This painting emerged from a state of intense emotion — anger, tension, and inner unrest. The beginning of the process was raw, impulsive, and filled with resistance. Yet as the painting evolved, anger slowly gave way to curiosity: what lies beneath it, where it leads, what it is trying to reveal.
The creative process became a form of moving consciously through emotion rather than holding it inside the body. Paint, gesture, marks, and layers began to soften the emotional density, creating space for movement, breath, and transformation.
This work speaks about the fluid nature of emotions and about creativity as a process of release — allowing experience to pass through the body and awareness, not to control it, but to let it unfold, transform, and eventually dissolve.
