The
artwork is part of the collection "New Lights, New Beginning"
from wich is taking the name. The technique used is a color
subtraction in fact , after to have painted all the plasterboard in
black, the artist is scratching away the superfluous black until to
find a balance of black and white to rapresent the nature where he
feel extremely at home.
The
technique aims to simulate people's intention to eliminate, avoid and
adjust habits, people or experiences that cloud their nature and
bring them out of a balance necessary for a life lived to the full.
