When life sank down for a moment is an exploration of the perception of time: how it is felt before it is understood, how it leaves its trace in a body, a space, a surface. This is a perception research born as a response to a feeling of alienation: of feeling at home nowhere, neither in the country I was born in and had to leave nor in the one I have chosen. Alienated from everywhere, yet trying to find a home within this feeling in motion.
