Liberation
Liberation is a mixed-media painting created with acrylic colors and a collage of a figurative image. The work was inspired by a photograph I took during my travels in Atlanta, USA. Rather than reproducing the original scene, I transformed it into a personal visual narrative about freedom, hope, and inner strength.
The woman raising the wings toward the sky symbolizes resilience and the courage to overcome limitations. The birds represent the release of fear and the pursuit of new possibilities, while the luminous golden background evokes light, optimism, and transformation. Through the combination of collage and expressive painting, the work explores the journey from memory to imagination and from reality to liberation.
