A Gothic Style Castle, built C.1830 by James Shiel for the Levinge Family. The Levinges came to Ireland with the Williamites, in the late 17th century.
Digging back through the history books and looking at old black and white photographs, seeing this beautiful structure in real life was mind blowing.
