In 2022 I saw carnations everywhere. All the red flowers that grow in Portugal are, for me, carnations. They are the symbol of the April revolution and the end of the dictatorship in my country. Flowers from my city portrays a construction object that - through my eyes - sprouts from the ground like iron flowers that are here to stay.
