Confluence explores the meeting point between light, reflection, memory, and landscape. Inspired by a riverside environment, the painting investigates how fleeting visual experiences become lasting impressions.
Through layered colour, water reflections, and delicate vegetation, the work creates a space where boundaries dissolve and observation gradually transforms into contemplation. Rather than depicting a specific location, Confluence evokes an atmosphere shaped by perception, memory, and personal experience.
The painting reflects my ongoing interest in how light and landscape continue to resonate within us long after the original encounter has passed.
