I wrote a haiku for this work:
Lily-covered pond,
Old man catches blue fish,
How high his night flight.
This work draws inspiration from literature, music, and the visual arts. It tells the story of an old fisherman whose peaceful life is transformed by a miraculous fish emerging from a tranquil pond of water lilies. The fish lifts him beyond the familiar world, becoming both the catalyst for change and its own sacrifice.
The pond represents an ordered and comfortable existence, while the luminous fish embodies a dream powerful enough to overturn that quiet balance. In fulfilling its purpose, the dream vanishes, leaving the fisherman forever changed.
