Bal Masque

The project series "ANGEL/SOLDIER" is based on collective ephemera during World War 1 and Pivotal Year 1918. It is exploring questions of ―War or Peace? throughout history. Although not originally intended to be collected, ephemera is kept historic interest. It can be a trigger for nostalgic memories or provide important insights into past attitudes. The original photo was scanned from newspaper, letters and postcard. 

Bal Masques is the second artworks exploring two angles between beauty and beast with remembering memory between romanticism and death in digital collages.
