Sea-tlery is a speculative project that
originates in the artistic realm and finds its application in design. This
five-piece cutlery collection reimagines eating as a multisensory ritual, an
act of tactile and emotional resonance rather than mere routine. Each piece
shimmers with fragility and presence, hovering between artifact and utensil,
sculpture and tool. Accompanied by a sculptural stand, the cutlery also
functions as an installation. The collection is not only meant to be used, but
contemplated, a space where eating becomes ceremony, the table becomes an
altar, and the act itself, a kind of rebellion. It raises the question: what if
design were not only functional, but also a deeply sensory experience?
