Israëli - Dutch Billha zussman studied graphic art and stage design at the "Rijksacademie voor Beeldende Kunsten" in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where she still lives and works.
She has been both exhibited and awarded as an innovative graphic artist and a designer in Belgium, Poland, the US, China and the Netherlands since 1980.
Lino-cut, cartoons, photography, textile art, various mediums but the same approach: reference to everyday-life, jewish history, observing the mechanism of human behaviour and translating it into images with a lot of humor, irony and self- mockery.
