Fatoş Yalazan, also known as Vesper Visual, is a Turkey-based visual artist and illustrator working mainly in digital illustration. With a professional background in civil engineering, she brings a strong sense of structure, precision, observation, and spatial awareness into her artistic practice.
Her work focuses on nature, wildlife, scientific observation, and emotionally expressive storytelling. Bees, insects, animals, flowers, and organic forms often appear in her compositions as symbols of transformation, resilience, fragility, and hidden beauty. Through these subjects, she explores the quiet relationship between living beings and their environments.
Yalazan’s visual language combines realistic detail with a poetic and atmospheric approach. Her illustrations often move between scientific sensitivity and symbolic interpretation, creating images that are both intimate and universal. Delicate textures, layered light, expressive colors, and carefully composed scenes are central to her work.
Rather than presenting nature only as a decorative subject, she aims to reveal its complexity, vulnerability, and silent drama. Her illustrations invite the viewer to slow down, look closer, and reconsider the invisible connections between species, memory, environment, and emotion.
Her works have received international recognition, including awards and honorable mentions from the American Art Awards, Teravarna Art Gallery, and Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery. Her illustrations have also been featured in international illustration contexts such as the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Virtual Illustrators Wall and Illustraciencia.
Under the name Vesper Visual, she continues to develop projects that combine nature, storytelling, and contemporary digital art, with a special interest in wildlife, symbolic narratives, and visual poetry rooted in the natural world.
