Araiké Treccani Da Silva is a Italian-Brazilian artist born in Genoa (Italy).
In 2017 he studied in England and learned the use of analogue and digital photography. In 2018 he won the national contest Photographing the Divine Comedy. Since 2019 he has been living and working in Berlin. To continue his studies in the field of sculpture he enrolled at the academy Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. Araiké participates in several group exhibitions in Germany and Italy: in Genoa at Palazzo Ducale, Museo S.Agostino, and at EX-OP Quarto with Mixta Gallery. In Berlin in various cultural spaces including Haus Der Statistik invited by the collective 0815 Magazine and at Zwingli Kirche, on the occa- sion of the group exhibition „Kunst.Macht.Freiheit.“ organized by Art Meets You. In Liguria (Italy), he exhibited together with Bill Viola and other artists at the sixth {Te}che Festival, curated by the cultural association Emsteludanza at the Chiostri di FinalBorgo, Finale Ligure. In 2021, he had his first solo exhibi- tion „Traum und Tragödie“ in Berlin at Kultur Volk, curated by art historian Gloria Aino Grzywatz. Since 2022 Araiké is an official member of the art association Kolonie Wedding. He contributes in supporting the creative scene in Berlin by running a Darkroom and an Art studio at Kunst Studio 16, a Projectspace where he also hosts workshops and exhibitions with other artists.
