Elene
Tavadze

Elene Tavadze was born on September 28, 1990, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In 2012, she graduated Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University - Animated film directing.

Since 2013 till 2021, she has worked in different broadcasters in Georgia as a journalist and host.

In 2022 Elene founded Stop-motion studio “Fantasmagoria”. Fantasmagoria is a social enterprise with mission rehabilitation of the STOP-MOTION puppet animation and popularisation of cultural heritage in Georgia.

Stop motion animation short ELENE DARIANI (2024)is first work for the director.

Elene also is a self-taught painter and her works have never been exhibited anywhere before.
