In 2002 he moved to Catania. In 2013 he obtained a degree in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts e
'Abadir' restoration, (CT). After a period of residency in Berlin he returns to Catania and in September 2016 he will finish the
studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania with a II level degree in Painting. Participate in numerous awards.
In 2011 he was a finalist at the National Prize of the Arts, Brera (MI). In 2014 he is a finalist and winner of the Prize
Nocivelli, in the painting section. In 2016 he was invited to the Portrait a Mano 3.0 residence with Gianni Caravaggio curated by
Giuliana Benassi and Giuseppe Pietroniro, Caramanico Terme (PE). In the following months he exhibits at the Puglisi Foundation
Cosentino in Catania on the occasion of Pre-Visions II. Still in the same year he is winner (2nd place) of the 2nd edition of
FAM Young Prize for the Visual Arts (AG). In 2017 he was a finalist in the Combat Prize in the painting section. In October, the staff
'Close to the edge' at the Quam gallery in Scicli, curated by Gabriele Salvaterra, exhibition published by 'Mixed Technique'. In 2018 he exhibited
at the literary café at the Palazzo della Cultura in Catania (s / t + i / m) x generations by Giuseppe Frazzetto. In July he is invited
at the first edition of the 'Venti Contemporanei' Contemporary Art Festival in Cereggio, (RG). He is a finalist of the Prize
At the same time at the L’Arsenale Foundation, Iseo (BS). He is a finalist of the San Fedele Foundation Award (MI).
Take part in “Acinque”, an archive of images and words for Sicily, Oratorio di San Mercurio, Palermo. He is invited for
15xH at Hemingway pressed the literary café, Modica. Take part in the collective Art a porter, an ambitious project by
space Hus, Milan. In December he is invited to Sunday Sale 28, Haus der Kuns, at the cultural sites of the
Zisa, Palermo. In 2019 he proposes two small pictorial-photographic works for Moro Festival with an installation by Ritmo
Edition at the Antico Mercato Ortigia, Syracuse. He takes part in the collective of artists for 'Immaterial' at the gallery
Quam of Scicli. Exactly one year after the first exhibition in Palermo at the Oratory of San Mercurio, he participates in the second
exhibition stage of the ACINQUE project - An archive of images and words for Sicily. In December he exhibits at Sacca
gallery. “An ordinary place” is inaugurated and exhibited with Giuseppe Costa and Marilina Marchica. Over the years, many of his
works have reached the homes of important private collections in Europe and overseas. The unexpected visit should be noted
in 2017 by a delegation of collectors and supporters of the Italian Guggenheim at the Quam gallery in Scicli
who, on that very occasion, had the opportunity to appreciate and purchase some works.
