Born in Milan, he has lived and worked in Airolo (CH) for about 10 years. He studied clarinet at the Civic School in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan) and then composition at the 'Giuseppe Verdi' Conservatory in Milan, graduating with Adriano Guarnieri and Giuseppe Giuliano. At the same time as his musical studies, he attended the School of Applied Arts at the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, studying graphics and painting. During his studies, he collaborated with the Teatro alla Scala and various Italian and foreign music publishers (Ricordi, Suvini Zerboni, etc.) as a copyist and reviser. He currently devotes his time equally to composition and painting, participating in solo and group painting exhibitions in Italy and abroad. In the musical field, he recently received third prize at the “Rychenberg Competition” organized by the MusikKollegium in Winterthur (CH).
