I have been working on sculpture for almost 40 years;
I went to different technical and artistic schools. I also learned techniques in Africa. I traveled a lot in the world to study different civilizations and tribal societies. it is through the observation of different forms of primitive writing that I was led to cyberculture giving birth to my cybersculptures. (pictorial aspect closely linked to communicationI was inspired by printed circuit graphics, electronic chips and barcodes to create my own ideograms (which could correspond to contemporary tribal signs).There is old tools were sometimes integrated into my creations. (this shows the manual agricultural work reminiscent of the Neolithic which contrasts with the current electronic instrument.by combining the most different and sometimes contradictory materials, I make people feel a certain spirituality; I question the oldest forms of civilization to provide contemporary artistic responses.through my research, I have developed elaborate techniques for the fusion of; anssi, I am getting closer to the alchemists of the Middle Ages and the shamanism of the blacksmiths of the Dogon people of Africa.in my latest creation from 12 years ago now, I rethink the idea of the crucible which makes the sculpture cast to become the opposite, the crucible mainly becomes the sculpture
