My work uses the principle of drawing and painting. Since I graduated fine arts I have been interested mainly in figurative drawing. During my research of contemporary drawing I have been trying to expand the rules of traditional drawing without losing the beauty of classical technique. For example I experiment with various kinds of papers and textures using diferent sorts of drawing tools. I am using color for my work, which in the traditional perception of drawing is not fully accepted. In some ways goes beyond the boundaries of drawing, but I think it is so dependent of the principles which during the development of my art had become too stif and are generally based on the personal, subjective judgment. In my work I focus mainly on the expression of the human body that is associated with his mental and spiritual state. That is why the body has to be shown in a proper scale. I’m fascinated also by a lot of contemporary issues afecting the problems of human evolution in an environment which we live. In my creative work, I mainly deal with drawing, and it is this medium that enables me my artistic and interdisciplinary development as part of illustration, narrative drawing, comics, and graphic design. I was born in 1983 in Zebrzydowice, Poland. Since 2002–2007 i studied in the Institute of Fine Arts in Cieszyn, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. I’ve Graduated in 2007, and as part of the diploma, I created a series of large-format drawings, titled "Autobus", and a set of experimental graphic works in relief technique (linocut). At the same year I started my work at the Institute of Fine Arts in Cieszyn as a uniwersity lecturer for drawing class. In 2016 I have gain my Phd. degree in fine Arts, which I realized mainly based on drawing and painting technique, focusing on the aforementioned issues („The image of a man in the era of objectification of the human body”).I am also the laureate of the grant of the Elizabeth Greenshields foundation in 2013, Young Scientists 2013 and 2016 subsidies for artistic research carried out by University of Silesia in Katowice, Work of tha Year 2009 and 2012, (the Association of Polish Artists in Katowice), the third prize in the 8th International Drawing Biennale In memory of Tomasz Ostrowski in Melbourn in 2015, etc. Honorable mention: 3x3 International Illustration Show – Professional Show: Covers. w 3x3, The Magazine of Contemporary Illustration; 12th International Autumn Salon of Art 2014.The most important are:
