Bare Minimum Studio

Born and raised in Venice, where since 2013 I studied Set Design at Liceo Artistico Statale di Venezia. During this time I collaborated with Museo del Merletto di Burano, Centro Culturale Candiani, Biennale dei Ragazzi e il Teatro la Fenice, other than being part of a team who where periodically commissioned props and costumes for a variety of theatre productions.

In 2016 I curated costumes and scenography for the play “Le Beatrici”, a collective effort by my school’s theatre department, who will present several reruns across Venice, also featuring on the programme of festival INTRECCinCITTà.

In 2017 I’m awarded the Seltzer Price in the category of Set Design with a self-briefed project based on "Andy Warhol: from A to B and back again".

In 2018 I relocate to London where I attend The Art Academy and - later that year - Birmingham City University, where I graduate in Art&Design, including an award for best dissertation. In July 2020, following the pandemic, I moved back to Venice where I collaborated with local business and cultural events such as Artconnection, for whom I was commissioned  a body of work now exhibited at Spazio La Mezariola.

Nata e cresciuta a Venezia, dove dal 2013 ho studiato presso il Liceo Artistico Statale di Venezia con indirizzo Scenografia. Durante questo percorso ho collaborato con il Museo del Merletto di Burano, Centro Culturale Candiani, Biennale dei Ragazzi e il Teatro la Fenice, oltre ad aver realizzato collettivamente commissioni per oggetti di scena per svariate produzioni teatrali.

Nel 2016 curo costumi e scenografia per lo spettacolo teatrale “Le Beatrici” con la compagnia teatrale studentesca, che mette in scena più repliche in vari spazi e teatri nel territorio veneziano, collaborando anche con il festival INTRECCinCITTà.

Nel 2017 vinco il premio Seltzer per la sezione scenografia con un progetto basato sul libro "Andy Warhol: from A to B and back again".

Da Gennaio 2018 mi trasferisco a Londra, dove frequento uno short course di pittura presso The Art Academy per poi trasferirmi alla Birmingham City University, dove sto correntemente frequentando un BA in Arte e Design. Da luglio scorso sono tornata a vivere a Venezia, dove studio “on remote” e collaboro con alcune realtà commerciali veneziane quali l'evento Artconnection per il quale ho creato alcuni manufatti ora in esposizione presso lo spazio La Mezariola.
