Born in Venice, she began learning the craft of photography at a very young age in her father’s photographic workshop, where she had the opportunity to experiment and deepen her research. She approaches different forms of artistic expression, such as music and sculpture, but with a preference for photography. Her works are the result of an intense phase of reflection and thought, in which the artist listens, observes and pays attention to everything that can contribute to her creative process. Photography becomes project and research, and extends beyond the image created, through the meanings and symbols that the photographer consigns to the gaze and interpretation of others. The human figure is investigated in many of her works, in strong connection with the dimension of the sacred, that of interiority and the new modes of human existence; in the study she conducts on bodies, she chooses that gaze of proximity at a distance, which allows the Other to be: she approaches her subjects with deep empathy, establishing a real bond, which makes possible the intensity and naturalness that we find in her works, one among many, the decomposed portrait that she has been touring since 2016 as a performance, and places the people photographed in front of a decomposed mirror.
his work has been exhibited in various galleries in Italy and Europe .
