Artist and Creative Technologist reflecting a lifelong pursuit of visual arts paired with a formal education in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and Creative AI. A keen interest in generative creative systems has focused my creative practice in exploring fractal worlds via fractal flame(2D fractals) and mandelbulb(3D fractals) software. I initially intended to use fractals as a source of abstract textures in aid of digital illustration, later to find that these fractals offered a unique opportunity for showcasing the magnificent geometric forms generated by simple recursive mathematics. Exploring and revealing fractal worlds is similar to exploring and revealing the natural world through photography. This "fractal photography" and digital composition of fractals has been a core creative interest of mine. Generative AI has come to be a powerful tool for extending the potential of visual arts, especially when paired with Fractal Art.  These new AI tools have allowed me to now explore video arts.
