I’m an Italian TV commercial director and designer.
I have directed national and international advertising campaigns.
In 2013, I won the international competition “Biennale Cinema College,” leading to the production of my first feature film Yuri Esposito, which premiered at the 70th Venice Film Festival. Richard Corliss of Time listed it among the five most interesting films of the edition.
In 2025, I launched Mondobruto, a personal design project exploring the poetic clash between nature and architecture. The project consists of handcrafted terrariums where brutalist concrete structures are gradually overtaken by mosses and plants, a metaphor for time, decay, and the reclamation of space by nature. Each structure is cast using custom molds and reflects influences from Soviet, Armenian, and Balkan brutalism.
Mondobruto was presented at Milan Design Week 2025, attracting attention from the international design and art community for its radical visual language and sculptural quality. The project lives between art, collectible design, and ecological reflection, blurring boundaries between disciplines.
I have a strong passion for craftsmanship and the desire to do what I feel. Everything I create comes from instinct, error, and repetition. I work with cement, earth, mosses, and polystyrene milled molds. My interest focuses on processes of decay and regeneration, and the constant tension between the artificial and the natural. Mondobruto is my ongoing project: a living and growing space where nature reclaims its place.
