I work across different artistic disciplines, including painting, installation, and video art, creating works that explore the relationship between appearance and reality. My practice is inspired by the environment and focuses on themes of human identity and mental capacity.
Rather than following a narrative structure, my work is symbolic: it emerges through the presence and interaction of objects, patterns, figures, and spaces that reflect aspects of everyday life and inner experience. These symbols are not fixed illustrations of ideas; instead, they create dynamic relationships between the human figure and the surrounding world.
In these works, people, objects, and patterns begin to merge, suggesting that identity extends beyond the individual and becomes part of a larger system of forms, memories, and emotions. The figures exist in a state of suspension between different realities, intimate and distant, familiar and mysterious.
The characters often appear as if they have been taken from another context and placed into a symbolic space, creating a sense of displacement and ambiguity. This raises questions of perspective: are we observing them from the outside, as if looking through a keyhole into a private world, or are they observing us in return? Their gaze unsettles the boundary between viewer and subject.
