Luigi di Crasto works primarily in painting and drawing, with an extended practice in photography and moving image. Trained in scenography, his work is informed by spatial composition, staging, and the relationship between figure and environment.
Alongside studio-based work, he has developed documentary film and video projects situated within contemporary art and theatre contexts.
Since 2021, his practice has been focused on studio-based oil painting, developing figurative compositions grounded in long-term drawing research.
