As a multidisciplinary artist, I
question narrative in all its forms. Through the harmony of nature and its use
as a metaphor, I evoke societal issues in the political, environmental and
social spheres with a certain poetry and, above all, in a peaceful manner.
I have been practising photography
since 2008 and began exhibiting my work in France and abroad in 2015.
My first photographic series, Violet
Citron, speaks of humanity without showing it. Each work is accompanied by
an oral story that questions us about our lives.
The series Résilience Résistance
(Resilience Resistance), begun in 2017, gives voice to nature. It is
composed of still lifes, each accompanied by a story and illustrating an idea:
encounter, love, welcome, birth, reverie, discovery, death, climate change,
ambition, generosity and filiation.
With my current work on the series L'Histoire
du vendredi (Friday's Story), I am exploring the question of
narrative and its relationship to myths. Taking on the characteristics of an
imaginary world, each work constitutes a scene, a setting or a character
offering an alternative reading of the way our society tells its story.
In parallel, since 2020, I have
been continuing my exploration of wonder with La Naissance de la couleur
(The Birth of Colour), a visual odyssey. To this end, I film the sky for
an hour every evening with the aim of producing a series of 365 videos inviting
us to look up at the sky.
