As a society, we are starting to question the status quo of what a "normal" life looks like, especially what a normal woman's path should be. It is no longer getting a job, getting married, having two kids, growing old, and dying - now, while that may be some people's dream (and that is great for them!) I feel women are starting to get the space and freedom to create their own world and happiness.
I have recently come to terms with the fact that I might not want the "normal" life that I grew up assuming I would have, and I have never felt a larger sense of peace, freedom, and excitement at the idea of creating my own world.
This piece explores that feeling and how powerful a woman can be who is able to create a path of her own, and how each of those journeys can be different and that is ok. It is the 1st in a series that I created to explore this.
I used somewhat fantastical imagery to represent the magic that is an empowered woman and I wanted each bottle to be very different but in the same vibe to represent that every woman is creating her own world but we all experience similar things throughout our lives as women, and that is something that unites us all.
Overall this was a series about the freedom of self-discovery and having the ability to create the world you love.
