BIOS is an art NFT collectible project that sees 256 unique plants grow over the course of 6 months. Without any interaction, these plants will grow over time using external data sources. The work calls into question the perception of life through realities and virtualities.
The work has been presented in several occassions as different iterations post NFT launch, BIOS: Digital Nature at National Design Center(SG) during the Singapore Night Festival 2022, BIOS: Full Bloom at National Design Center(SG) during Singapore Design Week 2023 and an upcoming exhibition at the Art Science Museum(SG) 2024.
The work also has been collected globally and has sold out its 256 editions.
