A NEW PARADISE
Driven in search of a perfect form that he knew how to grasp in the object, Johannes Genemans has finally landed in the world of form. The form becomes the medium for a product that he represents with a classic style.
His choice, however, this time, is oriented towards the natural as the search for reality grasps him prepared to document the expressiveness of six different “cultures” where the aesthetic canons are abandoned to favor, instead, a faithfully established naturalism. The artist plays through weavings and variations of materials, thanks to multiple insertions of particular textures made even more real. A world through the feminine: Carolina (Mediterranean culture), Asmea (Arab culture), Letizia (American culture), Dahkla (African culture), Sayuri (Japanese culture), Orissa (Indian culture): six women for six different cultures.
His search for beauty thus becomes a “style” made more refined by a phenomenal emotional elegance expressed with great intensity. In this universe, being a woman becomes a social subject: a cultural mix and, at the same time, a direct testimony of the “diversity” of cultures. But these six women are united by a red thread: they are the direct witnesses of Eva, they cohabit with representations in an Eden.
